Audrey Sussman PhD is a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programmer. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has a Doctorate in Philosophy of Clinical Hypnosis.

For over 30 years, she has worked with creative people to transform the inner-critic that causes anxiety, procrastination and self-doubt into a positive, life enhancing guidance system for creativity and motivation. Audrey is the Director of the Anxiety Control Center, as well as a nationally recognized seminar leader and author.

Her books include: The Self-Help guide to Instant Calm: Calm & Comfort, Yours for the Asking, The Power of Thought: Secrets of the Unconscious and The Mind-Body Way To Stop Worry, Anxiety and Panic.

As a single person, I used to get anxious at social events. I like the “2 for 1” technique of thinking. I use this skill and feel a wonderful transformation take place inside of me.  Now being with others has actually become a joy.

The image that I created in the future was so big and bright, I didn’t want to come back to the present But I was surprised at the energy I felt when I opened my eyes.

When I first came in I was unsure of myself, and had a very low self-esteem. I never thought that I’d have confidence in myself. Now I’m at my highest point, feel I can take on any challenge.. I wish every one could experience getting rid of shame and feel as great as I do now.

When I first called my anxiety was so high I was avoiding things I love to do. Audrey helped me to identify the underlying feelings of sadness and inadequacy that were manifesting as anxiety. She worked with me to place the origins of those emotions and guided me as I reprogrammed my mind to address them. I wasn’t always confident in the process or that I was doing it right, but it didn’t matter because Audrey knows what she’s doing. I know have a way to use my own mind to stop worrying and start living.
