When learning a lot of new information in a short period of time, how do you ensure you'll learn most of it the first time?
We all make mistakes, sometimes big ones. What do you do after you realize you've made a mistake?
How would you explain the following problems to an upset student over phone or email. And what steps would you take to resolve the problem and keep the student happy if you didn't know exactly what the rules were in that situation?
1. A student isn't on the class list but they insist they paid.
2. An online student is chatting in questions that are not related to the teacher's lecture.
3. A student doesn't like the class and wants to withdraw even though they've already attended 3 out of 4 sessions.
4. A student hasn't turned in pages by the deadline and wants an extension -- you know this will cut into the teacher's prep time and force you to work during time you should be off.

It's 10:30. The class was supposed to end at 10. You and the class concierges are supposed to be going home. The teacher is still teaching. You look around and the students look pretty interested in what's being said. What do you do?
How would the knowledge that your job contains bonus and commission opportunities as you help grow the company affect your feeling about working here?

If you could create any kind of community event for writers, what would it be? How would you approach bring it to fruition?

Are you currently enrolled in any schools, classes, activities or other events that have a regular schedule?
Do you mind checking your work email once a day for emergencies, even if you are not working that day?
