Jacob Krueger, Founder
Over his years in the entertainment industry, Jacob Krueger has worked with thousands of writers, actors, and other artists in pursuit of their artistic goals. Jacob is an award winning screenwriter, playwright, producer and director.
Jacob’s screenplay, The Matthew Shepard Story (2002) won him the Writers Guild of America Paul Selvin Award and a Gemini Nomination for Best Screenplay. The NBC film, directed by Roger Spottiswoode (And the Band Played On), and produced by Goldie Hawn, was based on life of gay hate-crime victim Matthew Shepard. The film won Stockard Channing a SAG Award and her first Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress and Sam Waterston a Gemini Award for Best Supporting Actor.
He has collaborated on original film musicals with Tony Award winning composers Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg (Les Miserables, Miss Saigon) and with four-time Academy Award Composer Michel Legrand (Yentl, The Thomas Crown Affair). For more about Jake, click here.

Audrey Sussman, PhD, LCSW, LMHC, NBCCH, CSL, is the Director of the Anxiety Control Center. Isabel Milenski, Acting For Writers
In addition to her work as Artistic Director of the Hofstra University Opera/Theater Program, Isabel Milenski has taught and directed for the San Francisco Opera Center, Cincinnati Conservatory, Penn State, Manhattan School of Music and The Juilliard School. She has developed training for actors and singers that strengthens their audition skills, emboldens their stage presence and fuels character development. Her dramatic training includes theater methods by teachers such as Grotowski, Uta Hagen, Lee Strasberg and Anne Bogart (Viewpoints.)
Most recently Milenski directed the acclaimed off-Broadway production of Woody Guthrie Dreams. Her career began at Long Beach Opera with the production of Euridice at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Other productions with LBO include Jenufa, Trois Operas Minutes, The Silent Woman, Virginia Woolf’s only play, Freshwater, Semele and Moscow, Cherrytown by Shostakovich.
Ms. Milenski is on faculty with Manhattan School of Music’s summer voice program. She made her Lincoln Center debut directing Juilliard’s The Marriage of Figaro in 2010. Other productions include Cosi Fan Tutte and The Turn of the Screw at Cincinnati Conservatory—which won a National Opera Association award. In Cincinnati she co-directed The Voyage of Edgar Allen Poe. She has also directed a pyro-techic-filled rock opera, The Fire Odyssey, an adaptation of Homer’s Odyssey with The Crucible in California. Other productions include The Bartered Bride, Street Scene, The Pirates of Penzance and L’enfant et les Sortileges in Grand Rapids.
Milenski was awarded the Directorial Fellowship from San Francisco Opera’s Merola program in 2003 where she has returned in consecutive years to teach and direct. Her dramatic coachings with actors and singers take her across the US. Ms. Milenski is also the Artistic Director of Hofstra Opera Theater in New York. Jay Stern, Private Coaching
Jay Stern is a writer, producer, and director. He has made over 30 short films which have screened across the US, Canada, and Europe, as well as three feature films. Jay is the founder and co-host of the Iron Mule Short Comedy Film Festival which has screened monthly in NYC since April, 2002. He is also a theater director and founding director of the WorldWideLab, an international collective of theater directors dedicated to making director-driven collaborative work.
